Emotions are sometimes overrated!

Emotions are sometimes overrated!

Emotions, are simple. Their complexity is often overrated. Broadly, you can divide your emotions into two parts:

  1. Positive ones: One which makes you feel better.
  2. Negative ones: One which makes you feel sad, or sometimes, even desperate.

Even their meanings are not much complex. to really make your life simple, you can:

  • Take the negative emotions as a call to action. If you can, then do something about it.
  • Take the positive ones as a reward for those call to actions. It's something to cherish upon!
