In order to take control of the amount of work you put in, the amount of time you study or the amount of time you dedicate to something you are not that keen on you should adopt some of the tips I'll tell you here.

Get ahead of the others

From the moment we wake up, we start a routine, a habit. Turning off the alarm, stretching, getting up, washing our faces whatever. Taking action through a certain trigger is called a habit.Habits allow the brain to save energy and perform common tasks efficiently and in a certain way automatically. Scientists say that 40% of all your actions in a day are already habits. So what does it take for you to take a look?

Habits have an amazing power if applied right. They can be broken down into 3 parts :THE CUE - Something that triggers your brain to go into HABIT MODE.THE ROUTINE - Performing the action, the actual habit, that was previously triggered by the cue.THE REWARD - The sense of accomplishment, I really small release of dopamine in your brain, and on you go. If you take these 3 small steps into bigger things, they can really impact your professional and personal life.

THE POWER OF HABITS

Named it myself in order to show you how fast this really is. Performing a Habit Habits should not take more than 3 minutes. At least the baby habits shouldn't.Make the cue efficient and easy to remember. Make it such that you automatically get up and perform the action.

The Two-Pump Chump Theory

Habits get old really quickly if you don't have your paradigms and what you want in life well defined. Something you need to make habits effective is consistency. Everything that has value in life comes from consistency. To achieve consistency doesn't mean you need to achieve perfection, it just means you need to keep pushing and keep on doing what you set yourself to.Get used to failing and getting knocked down once in a whiuLearn to use pain and pleasure links - this is the automation of good things linked to pleasure and rewards, and the connection of bad things to pain and punishment.

It is a fact that about 20% of adults suffer from over-procrastination. Think to yourself. Does it make any sense for you to leave the assignment you have for next week on Friday to that exact day? Does it make sense to spend 3/4 hours per day on TikTok getting absolutely no value and just postponing the pain you'll have by getting that assignment done? You have to change this and tell procrastination to go else where.

You have to link a higher pleasure to finishing a project or an assignment. You have to link higher pain to leaving the assignment to the day of its delivery. You could go for a drink after you finish an assignment earlier than supposed to, or you could play video games after you finish it. And if you fall into the whole loop of doing the assignment later, later and later, link a huge amount of pain to that.

Link pleasure and pain to rewards and punishments

People who want to hire workers look at ways of improving efficiency, and what one individual will bring to the table. As so, learning to be efficient is very important.

During the day, all of us want to do a lot. It might be work-related, family-wise, school, or even something related to sports. But, most of us, find the 24h in a day to be not enough to get stuff done.Gates, Musk, and Bezos have as much time as you, and they're billionaires. Why?

Be as productive as you can

I know you get home after a full day of work and the only thing you want to do is go to bed and relax. But don't! Prepare your next day, schedule that meeting you've been wanting to have for the last 3 months, and schedule your relaxation and eating times. Set your alarm. Whatever! Just plan the day ahead and make sure to stick to your timings.Some good apps can be Todoist or Calendars.

Got to bed by organizing your next day

Start your day by checking what you have planned. What are the chores you have for the day. And, especially, look at the hours assigned to your appointments, and how much time are you giving to something. Does it require that much time? Is it that important? Make sure your tasks and schedules are flexible and make sure you are adjusting accordingly to your priorities.

First things first, what do you have to do?

Keep your priorities in check. Review your own paradigms and if these are the type of things you have been living up to. It's key to have your priorities updated because you might be allocating time to something not that important and you'll be wasting time.

Prioritizing 

Get off your phone. Leave it out of reach. You know that is something that is been bothering you, so just let it go!
Does it trouble your studies or your relationships with family and friends? It is an addiction, a drug and you should try and reduce that addiction. 
If you have trouble staying focused when on your computer install Extensions that block some websites, that can help.
I have ADHD and I'm medicated, but that is not the solution for most people. There are lots of options out there that you may try, just as the Pomodoro timer or leaving your phone in the other room.

Let go of your distractions

A few years ago I was introduced to sleeping cycles, something that has helped me a lot in my day-to-day. Did you know that 7 in 15 deaths, in the US, is related to sleep deprivation? So what are these sleeping cycles?  The sleeping cycles method is a way to wake up and not feel tired or like you would sleep for another 10 hours. They work in 90-minute blocks. This is, you should sleep in 90-minute blocks repeatedly. For example, if you go to bed at midnight you should wake up at 7:30 am. The recommended time you should sleep is 7:30h.SLEEPING IS KEY

I am a college student right now and something that has worked out for me in the 6 months has been the introduction of vitamins into my life. They help me focus, memory, and overall physique. I just take a small 5ml package every morning and it has been a huge help, especially during exam season. It is just you could give some thought about. The most straightforward forecasting tools rely on the recent past to predict the future. The "straight-line" method uses historical revenue and growth trends to map high-level revenue expectations. Start with your last six months of data and map out the next six months based on your current trajectory. For example, if you had $50k in monthly recurring revenue six months ago and today you have $60k, a straight-line forecast would show that in 6 months, you'll hit $70k in MRR.

Creating a Revenue Model

Start by mapping out your marketing funnel data and customer signup information. Understanding each funnel step and conversion rate helps you see the complete process behind your revenue generation.

1. Your funnel model

After mapping out your historical funnel data, analyze the formulas and how your conversion factors have moved over the past few months. Then, make your best guess what ratios are reasonable going forward.

2. From funnel to "new customer"

Get the number of new customers your marketing funnel will generate each month. Revenue from these customers flows into your new MRR, where we’ll pick up the second part of your revenue forecast.Aside from attracting new customers, there are a few significant factors impacting MRR:<ul><li>Expansion and contraction (subscription upgrades or downgrades)</li><li>Churn and reactivation: Customers canceling subscriptions or reactivating a previously canceled subscription.</li></ul>

3. Revenue forecasting models

We’ve effectively established the total number of customers we expect each month from the marketing funnel to our expectations for expansion, churn, and contraction. Using these figures and the average revenue per customer (ARPC) for each category, we can make a solid prognosis for MRR.

4. Converting customers to MRR

Once you’ve established your revenue forecasting formulas and the data relationships necessary to build your forecast, it’s simply a matter of refreshing the data and assumptions each month. You’ll be able to copy your traffic and conversions data directly from your marketing funnel software. Then input your revenue and churn information. If your assumptions were way off, go ahead and reassess for the next forecast.

Maintaining Your Revenue Forecast
