<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Negative Affirmationen, die wir uns seit unserer Kindheit immer wieder innerlich vorsagen, tendieren dazu, sich zu manifestieren.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Erkenne deine eigenen Programme und kehre ins Hier und Jetzt zurück.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Die eigenen Programme aufspüren: Achten Sie 6 Wochen lang darauf, was Sie als falsch, gemein, unmöglich, etc. empfinden, und notieren Sie es.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Anti-Freude-Programm: Man darf nur lachen, wenn man mindestens zu zweit ist und wenn jeder weiß, worüber gelacht wird.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Nur das kleine ICH kann anderen Böses wünschen, die Seele würde nie auf eine solche Idee kommen. Das Motiv ist also kleingeistig.</li></ul>

Positive Affirmationen formulieren

Wenn du in die Welt hineinkommst, musst du eine Menge Spielregeln lernen, die dir zeigen, wie man sich in der Gesellschaft verhält. In dem Moment, in dem du begreifst, dass es nur Spielregeln sind, kannst du dich entscheiden, ob du sie weiterhin befolgen willst. Und du kannst anderen zugestehen, diese Wahl ebenfalls zu treffen.

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Die Erziehungsprozesse "verzaubern" uns.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Vergangenheit oder Zukunft: Wenn wir "verzaubert" sind, dann spielen wir eine Rolle und sind an diese gebunden. Wir haben maßlose Angst, dieser Rolle nicht gerecht zu werden. Kommen Sie ins Hier und Jetzt zurück.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Unzufriedenheit: Der Verzauberte muss viel "Unzufriedenheit" erleiden. Er ist immer "Opfer". Er muss auch wahnsinnig viele Menschen verurteilen, die es wagen, Dinge zu tun, die er in seiner verzauberten kleineren Rolle nicht mehr tun kann.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Können wir die Programme, die besagen, dass wir immer gleich zu sein haben, abbauen?</li></ul>

Im Hier und Jetzt leben

Viele Menschen leiden an dem Konflikt, dass Sie einerseits gern materielle Güter anhäufen würden, aber nicht wie "das Schwein am Futtertrog" wirken möchten. Mit solch einem Konflikt spalten Sie Ihre Energie. Ein Teil geht in die richtige Richtung, der andere Teil geht zurück und drückt Sie weg von dem, was sie angeblich wollen. Es kostet endlos Kraft und sie kommen nicht voran.

Latten entfernen

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Schwein am Futtertrog: Es kommt darauf an, möglichst viel in sich hineinzufressen, auch wenn man andere dazu zur Seite stoßen muss. Doch komischerweise nutzt das Fressen nichts, weil man immer wieder Hunger bekommt. Das ist "Fast Food" für die Seele und befriedigt nicht. Und darum muss man ständig neue Ziele formulieren und ständig sehen, wie man am Futtertrog zurechtkommt.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Hahn auf dem Mist: Ruhm um jeden Preis. Das sind die Menschen, die den Großteil ihrer Energien darauf verwenden, die Kunde von ihnen in die Welt hinauszutragen. Welche Kunde das ist, spielt dabei eine untergeordnete Rolle.</li></ul>

Spiel des Lebens

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Moloch: Moloch war im mittleren Osten ein Gott, dem man die eigenen Kinder als größtmögliches Opfer dargebracht hat, um so das eigene Wohlergehen zu sichern. Beim Moloch geht es ausschließlich um das Siegen - egal zu welchem Preis. Der Rest der Welt ist unerheblich.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Wie lange möchten Sie ein Objekt-Spieler sein?</li></ul>

Wenn Sie Gutes ins System hineinstecken, kommt Gutes zu Ihnen zurück.

Resonanz-Gesetz

Geben wir uns doch die Freiheit, im jeweiligen Hier und Jetzt so zu reagieren, wie wir gerade reagieren wollen oder können. Wenn wir im Nachhinein merken, uns hat unsere eigene Reaktion nicht gefallen, dann bedanken wir uns dafür, dass hier etwas aufgetaucht ist, woran wir arbeiten können. Das ist doch viel besser, als die Vergangenheit zu verfluchen und uns den Rest des Abends mit Schuldgefühlen zu vermiesen. Wer hat etwas davon, wenn wir in der Vergangenheit leben?

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Negative Formulierungen sind Eigentore.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Objektspieler haften an der Materie; ihre Entwicklung als Mensch und ihre Beziehungen zu anderen sind dadurch eingeschränkt.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Objektziele sollten mit einem Fixstern verbunden werden. So hat man eine Grundlage und agiert aus dem Inneren heraus. Sie müssen nur wissen, was Sie wollen!

When meeting someone new, be open to getting to know them.When you learn something about that person, don't compare yourself to them and don't be quick to judge.

Assume The Best About New People

If someone does something that makes you irritated or angry, don't blow up on them. Try to imagine what they are feeling and be more empathetic.Treating others with kindness is easier than you think if you just pause and take a breath.

Give Them The Benefit Of The Doubt

When you encounter someone else that has contradicting beliefs or motives, try to imagine yourself from their point of view.Ask yourself: Why would they think that?Understand where they are coming from and you will become a much more empathetic person.

Imagine Yourself in Their Shoes

Learning to stand in somebody else's shoes, to see through their eyes, that's how peace begins. And it's up to you to make that happen. Empathy is a quality of character that can change the world.

One thing to note as a person is how you sound when you talk. It's better talking face to face rather than texting because of tone. Tone matters a lot. You could tell someone:"Your coat looks nice"And that person could perceive that as either being genuine or sarcastic, depending on your tone.Be mindful of your tone and how you sound, and that will make you a better person in general.Also keep in mind that other people may say something rude, but it might not be intentional. If they aren't blatantly insulting you, try giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Willing constitutes one-third of our inner essence, while the other two-thirds consist of Knowledge and Emotions. Through thoughts, these three are clustered to process.

Knowledge can be any information, concept, or encoded experience.

Stipulative Definitions

Emotions are affective mental states that arise in response to internal or external events. Involving physiological arousal, expressive behaviors, and subjective feelings (iterated/depthen emotions).

Willingness is our attitude or motive to think or do things. It involves cognitive processes of decision-making, intention formation, and motivation. It is the result of consciously choosing based on desires, values, beliefs, and expectations.

When we say it's our willingness that decides we're talking about proportions of encoding realities either as Knowledge or Emotion. Controlling our emotions means we are more willing to access our knowledge. Similarly, there are areas of life where we rely more on our emotions than knowledge. None of these three are work-free parts of our Souls though our willingness decides the ratio.

Our minds function similarly to computers, where even a small hardware issue can lead to software collapse. Likewise, problematic thoughts can result in system deficiencies, freezing, or, in extreme cases, damage to our mental well-being. Thoughts, whether positive or negative, are inevitable and imminent. However, it is our genuine willingness that allows us to manage how we perceive and interpret these thoughts. Our willingness serves as the deciding factor in this process.

The three components of our souls, namely Willing, Knowledge, and Emotions, form a triumvirate that functions simultaneously but with different roles. The decision-making aspect (Willing) is constantly influenced by the other two. It is also impacted by our morals and beliefs, which means that it is not completely free and should be questioned. To make better use of the decider, we should always ask ourselves why we are experiencing certain emotions or why we hold certain knowledge. This will enable the decider to index thoughts as an Emotion or Knowledge adequately.
