Intentions should be stated in a positive manner, clearly outlining one's desired wish. Remember, the Universe listens to the good and the bad, and whatever manifests is whatever occupies your mind the most.

Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it.

SATS stands for State Akin To Sleep. This technique can be tricky for some, as it involves waiting until the body is almost entirely asleep, but not asleep yet, and then visualizing one's desire on repeat again and again.
