In the modern world, men don't need to be the smartest, have the biggest muscles, 10 inch penis, most creative and other stuff. The only two things which men need are discipline and patience.

Discipline is necessary to do the hard work especially when one doesn't feel like doing it. It is necessary for a man to complete his most important tasks to climb up the ladder of success.

Why is discipline needed?

Patience is necessary to stick to doing the hard work even when one doesn't see the results.Patience is necessary to keep on doing the hard things for a long stretch of time. One must work hard for a long stretch of time because there is no overnight success.

Every experience doesn’t change your brain only the ones that are specific so consciously make a decision to learn something new. Your brain doesn’t automatically change

Be invested in your learning tell other people let other people hold you accountable for the things that you committed to do but be careful if you get enough praise you can receive too much dopamine and not end up doing the task. You could also have a negative consequence like giving money to a friend

How to Focus to Change Your Brain | Episode 6

In many life situations, including in the workplace, feelings of frustration and anger can surface. The desire to avoid confrontation and stifle these emotions is a common response. However, when those strong feelings are left unaddressed, they can manifest as passive-aggressive communication. These subtle but snide comments can slip through inadvertently and, over time, create more animosity within teams and professional relationships.

Being Passive-Aggressive

Passive-aggressive behaviour surfaces in different ways. It is sometimes used with the intent of secretly getting back at the person or group on the receiving end; other times, the passive aggression is not deliberate. It might present through body language, like eye-rolling, exaggerated sighs, or through written remarks. A person’s tone while making a passive-aggressive comment verbally can amplify a passive-aggressive statement, and in writing it can be difficult for the person on the receiving end to know the tone that’s being used, leaving it up to interpretation.

Passive-Aggressive Communication

There are <a href="https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/passive-aggressive-diaries/201403/7-reasons-why-people-use-passive-aggressive-behavior">many reasons</a> people communicate passive-aggressively. This type of behaviour can arise when someone doesn’t feel comfortable or capable of expressing their feelings in an open, honest, straightforward manner. Some people struggle to communicate clearly and directly or don’t feel equipped to articulate their feelings—or equipped to articulate them without blowing up.

Underlying Reasons for Passive-Aggressive Communication

Passive-aggressive behaviour can be intensely frustrating for the targeted person or people because it’s hard to identify, difficult to prove, and may even be unintentional. Passive aggression can lead to more conflict and mistrust because it prevents people from having a direct and honest conversation about the problem at hand.

The Effect On Others

Some passive-aggressive comments are so subtle that you might not realize they can be received as passive-aggression. Below are a few widely used passive-aggressive communication examples, including ways to reword to avoid misunderstanding.Per my last emailUse this instead: I’m following up on my previous email regarding . . .This phrasing is effective if you’ve sent the recipient a message asking for something, but they haven’t given a timely response. The alternative statement names specifically what you’re referring to without forcing the recipient to guess.

Five Common Phrases That Sound Passive-Aggressive: 'Per My Last Email'

Use this instead: What do you think about trying XYZ instead?“For future reference . . .” assumes that the recipient is a) aware of the reference you’re making and b) that your approach or insight is the only correct course of action. Asking for their thoughts about different ways to approach a situation in the future softens an accusatory, passive-aggressive tone.

'For Future Reference'

Use this instead: I don’t feel good about this. Can we talk about it in person?These words are contradictory, indicating that it’s both OK and that you’re dismissing it at the same time. A statement that’s both assertive (“I don’t feel . . . ”) and emotionally honest reduces the friction in a difficult workplace conversation. Additionally, speaking face-to-face can minimize misunderstandings about tone and illuminate other communication cues, like body language.

'Fine. Whatever.'

Use this instead: I’m excited to work together to find the best solution.Bringing in a manager should not be the first resort for working out conflict. This alternative signals that you’re willing to problem-solve with your coworker, and it promotes team cooperation. It’s also a nondefensive option that avoids bringing in leadership to referee an issue.

I’ve Copied [Boss] On This Email

Use this instead: I can clarify. Which part is confusing?Although a report or situation might be clear for you, not everyone will comprehend it the way you do. This alternative statement is effective because it doesn’t undermine the other person’s intelligence; instead, it communicates a willingness to understand where they’re getting stuck.

'It’s Not That Complicated'

While the above section highlights common instances of passive-aggressive communication, catching passive-aggressive language in all of your emails or internal memos can be challenging. One way to vet your communication is by asking yourself two questions: “How would I feel if I were on the receiving end of this message?” And, “Is this message helpful?” If the answers are “bad, hurt, or annoyed” and “no or not really,” then consider reframing your communication with more neutral language or offering guidance instead of a criticism or a brush-off.

How to Soften Passive-Aggressive Communication

Leaning on passive-aggressive language in professional communication might feel like a safe way to circumvent potential conflict with a coworker. However, hiding feelings of anger and frustration can grow into bigger conflicts in the workplace. Consider giving your messages a close read to make sure you’re being professional and helpful.

Each word you say or write provides a glimpse of what you think and feel.

Passive-aggressive communication can show up at work and affect your relationships with colleagues. Learn how to stop it and reframe it constructively.

You might be having a lot to do stuff, but ever thought all the tasks in your lists are needed?We might be taking a lot of projects, tasks, or things because they're interested at that time, but we might never look back into that, like our enrolled Udemy courses.Decide not to do things, try to concentrate on a few tasks first, or try batching like do some set of tasks at one week and another set for another week.

1. Reduce

Automate your tasks, since we are living in AI-driven world, it is so easy to automate our tasks. There are many SAAS and no-code tools that help to do your things simple.we are now able to send scheduled emails, earn passively by automating.

2. Automat

We are not pro's at all the tasks we have, we need to hire few people for this.It's better spend some money for freelancers than to take large tension and make mistakes.Figure out how much your time costs, figure out is only you needed to do this task and delegate.

We're often told that success is only the result of hard work. But it often seems that those who succeeded had an unfair advantage over their competitors. We all have our own set of unfair advantages we can use to succeed. The book, The Unfair Advantage: How You Already Have What It Takes to Succeed starts with the premise that life is fundamentally unfair. When we're looking at successful people, they did not only work hard but there were also other things that played a role, such as luck, circumstances, privilege, etc.

How people get ahead

Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. We all have our own unfair advantages in our own ways that can give us a competitive edge.We can find out what our unfair advantages are using the MILES framework.<ul><li>Money</li><li>Intelligence and insight</li><li>Location and luck</li><li>Education and expertise</li><li>Status</li></ul>

Life isn't a level playing field

<ul><li>Money. Evan Spiegel is the billionaire co-founder of Snapchat grew up in a multimillion-dollar house with well-connected parents.</li><li>Intelligence and insight. The Collison brothers co-founded Stripe which became a multi-billion dollar payments processing company before they turned 22. Patrick left school a year early to enrol at MIT and his brother John finished with the highest ever score on his Leaving Certificate.</li><li>Status. We don't all have the outward status of people like Elon Musk. But we can develop our inner status, for example, confidence and self-esteem.</li></ul>

Advantages that are easy to use to your benefit

Ray Kroc, the pioneer of McDonald's once said. "The two most important requirements for major success are: first, being in the right place at the right time, and second, doing something about it." <ul><li>The right location can be vital in making connections and unlocking opportunities.</li><li>Luck is something we can make for ourselves by exposing ourselves to more things.  The more we expose ourselves to opportunities, the luckier we become. So take more action, meet more people, go to more events, produce things and publish them, get feedback, and put more stuff out into the world. </li></ul>

Having a fancy degree from a prestigious university probably is an unfair advantage, but people increasingly care less about where you went to university and more about what you've been doing and what skills you can bring to the table.  Our value comes more from our expertise. And that is something we can build on our own, such as taking online classes.

Education and expertise

<ul><li>Having a little money. Many people start off with having little money. But having little money makes you more creative and adds to your drive to succeed.</li><li>A growth mindset (instead of a fixed mindset.) Our abilities aren't fixed. We can grow. Everything we do is part of improving.</li></ul> When we fixate on the privileges we don't have, we blind ourselves instead of appreciating the advantages we do have. It's about knowing the realities and using the unfair advantages we have to help us succeed.

What Makes People Successful?

Being introverted can keep you from new experiences and meeting new people. Studies show that we feel happier when we act more extraverted than usual because doing so increases our engagement with the world and our connectedness to others, which are basic human needs. For example, you go to a party you didn’t want to go to, but you meet a person who becomes your best friend or your new boss or your networking partner.

Extraversion increases engagement with the world

A strong extravert is not only chatty and sociable but also optimistic, assertive, energetic and receptive to positive emotions. Consequently, extraverts tend to be happier in life and more confident, which can benefit their careers and health. A strong introvert is quiet and reserved and experiences less high-energy positive emotion in life. They avoid too much stimulation and are more averse to risk. While there are advantages to being more introverted, you may feel frustrated by your introverted leaning and desire to come out of your shell to the extent that works for you.

Extraversion-introversion tendencies

Many of our behaviour is a profoundly ingrained part of who we are. But others are learned over the years from the many experiences in life. Rather than waiting passively for life to change you, you can change your habitual ways of being. With persistence and motivation, you can take intentional control over the forces that shape your personality toward becoming more extraverted.

Mindset for change

Some ways to help you focus your intentions: <ul><li>Talk to close friends and/or family members about your goal of becoming more extraverted. Ask for their advice.</li><li>Observe your own behaviours. In which situations could you be more extraverted than you currently are? </li><li>Write down your pros and cons of being an extraverted person.</li><li>Identify people in your environment who are more extraverted than you are. Then consider what they do differently.</li></ul>

Warming up for change

Strong extraverts can happily strike up a conversation with strangers and consequently become practised at small talk and establishing new relationships. Consider if-then plans, such as ‘If I am buying groceries, then I will say hello to the check-out assistant.’‘If it’s a Tuesday, then I will ask one of my colleagues to join me for a coffee.’ Write them down somewhere you’ll notice them. To learn how to strike up a conversation with strangers, come up with several hooks or memorable talking points related to your current interests so that you can answer "What do you do?"

If-then plans

Extraverts are bolder than average because they believe events will turn out well. Techniques that can help you to boost your optimism are:The best possible self intervention: For 5 - 15 minutes, picture yourself in the future in a scenario where everything in life has gone as well as you wanted. Do this daily for about two weeks to gain maximum benefit.Practise cognitive reappraisal. Try to reinterpret the feelings of anxiety or nerves as excitement.Build strength through physical fitness to increase your confidence.

Boost your optimism

Use situations and relationships around you to shape your levels of extraversion. <ul><li>Consider how certain people and circumstances tend to bring out different sides of your character. Being strategic about the situations you put yourself in and the people you are with will help you make it easier to become more outgoing.</li><li>Instead of relying on your usual routines, consider ahead of time what you will do the coming weekend and who you will do it with. Aim to spend time with people who make you feel relaxed and confident.</li><li>Sign up for a club or group activity, such as a hobby, sport or game.</li></ul>

‘Outside in’ strategies

You are far more likely to succeed if your desire for change serve a more meaningful value or goal. Research confirms that changing goals and priorities often precede personality trait change and not the other way around. Therefore it's worth reflecting on why you wish to come out of your shell. If you think that enhancing your extraversion will serve your overriding purpose or goals, you will be more motivated to change.
