Finding the root cause for the feelings and reactions one have to the events happening to them. Being honest with oneself in admitting the horrible and embarrassing things that one feel.

●Third level is our personal values:Why do I consider this to be success/failure?How am I choosing to measure myself?

Identifying the source of our personal values, where are they coming from? Why are they a part of defining my personality? Are these values the product of my own observations and experiences or they are just conventional? Are they worth living upto?

Using First order principle for checking the authenticity and truth of our values would do the work.
