Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a cliff, all set and ready for your first bungee jumping. One, you can let the fear and anxiety get the best of you and completely drop the idea of bungee jumping. Two, you can decide to go for it and get the chance to experience the feel of bungee jumping.
And, there are two possible outcomes of feelings:
One, you would regret dropping the idea of bungee jumping because of the mere terror and fear you felt for seconds when your friends enjoyed the moment. Two, you went for it, grabbed the opportunity, felt the sense of pride and thrill after completing the jump and created a thrilling little memory.
And this is how fear snatches your opportunities!

Remember, it’s not the fear which make you drop that opportunity, it’s your perception of fear that made you act the way you did. Imagining what could happen if things go wrong- your perceptions made you go numb!
You were afraid to do it, you avoided. One day you decided to confront it and walk towards it, the fear dissolves. Fear is a choice. We choose to fear certain things just because they don’t fall in our comfort zone.
Feeling fear or anxious when you try doing new things is good because it shows you that you are working out of your comfort zone and you are gonna grow!

Grab a pen and paper. Draw two big tabs and name them,” What bad could happen?” and “What good could happen?”. Write all of them down. Analyze the odds and decide what action should you take right now. And, DO IT!
At the end, you are not gonna die trying to attend an interview, trying to take one exam, trying to do a presentation or trying to propose! And the worst thing that could ever happen is that you can miss the opportunity to change your life, dropping the idea to do the things out of fear.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
