When building good habits, sustainability is key to working together. You're not trying to do something great at all; you're trying to permanently create a habit that you can carry into your life.
Last, and most importantly, reward yourself for practicing new behaviors.Each time you are rewarded, you validate and reinforce the behavior. You immediately begin to associate the pleasure of the reward with behavior on a subconscious level. You create your force field with positive outcomes that you subconsciously look forward to when you engage in your chosen behavior or habit.
