Ever since the advent of TikTok, the trend of watching short clips has exponentially increased. Nowadays, the crowd has moved to more popular platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

What's not to love about short videos? They convey the same message that 10-20 minute long videos convey, they are easy to understand and convenient, right?
NO! This is only the seemingly bright side of the spectrum. These short videos emerged as a consequence of our "time-saving" nature.
Instead of watching something that actually gives you all the info on a topic, we choose to see something that gives us exactly what we want.
Logically, this isn't bad in the short term, but gradually, we lose patience when a video doesn't provide the exact concise information we're looking for.
