Ways to emotionally calm yourself at your extremes
  1. Deep breathing exercise- inhale(4counts)-hold(4counts)-exhale(4counts)
  2. Architect a small win- assign a small task to yourself, complete it, cross it in a piece of paper when done
  3. Reframing- ask yourself how can i change this into good? Reframe your past failures and ask yourself how that particular failure helped you grow?
  4. Help others in need
