How do you become aware of your thoughts by observing everything and anything that is passing through you or coming towards you.
Let's say (someone starts abusing you on Facebook) it depends on you, how you act on it or how you react to it. Most of times, we take it as insult and curse and we start fighting with that person.
Remember, if you ignore it will benefit you. But, if you take it seriously, it will stay longer you than you expect it to stay.

When you become aware? You start to filter those thoughts through positive mindset and it's become less harmless. For example, when you know you're about to hit your leg in a wall you feel less pain. Because your brain prepares your body for the outcome forehand. But, when you hit anything unknowingly you feel more pain (Because you were not aware of it)

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!

I have only been using it for a few days now, but I have found answers to questions I had never consciously formulated, or to problems I face everyday at work or at home. I wish I had found this earlier, highly recommended!
