A behaviour. Removing half the sugar from your home. Not drinking a single sugar drink a day.</li><li>6 sources of influence-Why do I want to do that? write some intentions which may help you decide the right paths. What mental, interpersonal and physical skills you need to make the vital behaviours easier? 1=want to, 2=can do,3=cheer, 4=coach.5=rewards, 6=control your space.</li><li>Turn bad days into good data.</li></ol>
