Don’t be afraid to say no

If we want to reclaim our time, our resources and our life for what really matters to us, we have to learn to say “no” and say it often. It might be awkward and difficult at first, but then it becomes liberating.

Feeling like you’re doing busywork is often the result of saying yes too often.  We have to let go of this idea of doing everything and pleasing everyone and being everywhere at once.
