Type 2 Diabetes: Exercise is able to reduce blood pressure which, in turn, leads to a lower chance of Diabetes.
Cancer: Although it does not stop cancer entirely, there are a handful of cancers that exercise can prevent: Bladder, Breast, Colon, and Kidney to name a few.
