We fear uncertainty and change in our lives. Coincidentally, the most important things we ever do generate a lot of uncertainty and change in life. Therefore, fear correlates pretty well with importance.
Therefore, as a rule, I’ve learned that the more afraid I am of something, the more I should probably act on it.
