Plan for the next day by:

  1. Note down the top three priorities of the month.
  2. Divide the sheet into two and jot down the accomplished tasks that helped in the goals, on the left.
  3. On the right side, note down the tasks that were not useful.
  4. Do the tasks that take two minutes or less, then do the urgent and important tasks.
  5. The rest of the tasks can either be eliminated, postponed, or delegated.
  6. One can review the same at the end of every week to divide the goals into the various areas of your life.
