So try to focus on what is easy.
Be kind and gentle with yourself no matter what. Accept yourself exactly as you are right now, don't force anthing.
Wherever you are right now is okay.
Just as your body knows how to heal itself when you do nothing, your life will be guided forward and change will happen.
Change is always happening even if you're not trying to.

Find gratitude in every little thing. Open up your journal or a word doc and start writing a list of things that you are grateful for.

Good sleep puts you in a better mood. It reduces stress, improves brain function, lowers blood pressure and it improves your immune system.
Fear only exists to you in your mind and it is protecting you from the unknown.
As human being, it's going to be normal to feel fear. It's going to happen for the rest of your life, but you do now want to let your fear control you. That is the choice that you get to make.
