This is a simple yet effective way to stay organized and prioritize your tasks. Start by writing down everything you need to accomplish that day, and then rearrange the items based on their importance and deadline. Having a clear list of what needs to be done helps you stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed.

1.Create a daily to-do list: 

This productivity method involves working in focused 25-minute blocks, followed by short breaks. The idea is to minimize distractions and maintain a consistent level of productivity throughout the day. To use the Pomodoro Technique, set a timer for 25 minutes and work on a single task until the timer goes off. Then, take a 5-10 minute break before starting the next Pomodoro.

2.Use The Pomodora Technique:

This rule states that if a task can be completed in two minutes or less, do it immediately. By tackling small tasks as they come up, you can prevent them from piling up and becoming a burden later on. This also helps you stay on top of your workload and feel a sense of accomplishment as you check items off your to-do list.

3.Implement the "two-minute rule"

There are many tools and apps available that can help automate tasks and streamline your workflow. What does it mean to learn how to live? Where does one even begin? The existential philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre once said, “Everything in the world has been figured out, except how to live.” My interview with Nate Anderson (author of In Emergency, Break Glass) discussed how to live — according to the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche.

How To Say Yes To Life According To Neitzsche 

I want to learn more and more to see as beautiful what is necessary in things; then I shall be one of those who make things beautiful. Amor fati: let that be my love henceforth! I do not want to wage war against what is ugly. I do not want to accuse; I do not even want to accuse those who accuse. Looking away shall be my only negation. And all in all… I wish to be only a Yes-sayer.

Similarly, the psychologist Viktor Frankl explained in his book Yes to Life (published after his death) that to say yes to life is meaningful and possible under all circumstances. Anderson writes, For Nietzsche, the point of life is not to get through content; it is not to master knowledge. “It is to learn how to live. And then to actually live.”

According to Nietzsche, learning begins with self-knowledge. “That’s the heart of the approach that Nietzsche develops toward knowledge: Know yourself,” writes Anderson. Know your limits and embrace them. Reject the burden of any information that does not contribute to living your life.

But, where does one begin to learn how to live?

Nietzsche’s information management theory emphasizes slow reading, rereading, not reading — even forgetting. To truly live, we must be willing not to know many things. Likewise, a previous piece on Knowing the Basic Rules for Life discussed Leo Tolstoy’s advice on sticking to the basics:“It is better to know several basic rules of life than to study many unnecessary sciences.”

Learning to live is a call to action for Nietzsche. “The call to stop sitting in the shade,” observes Anderston, “to stop being a spectator to one’s own life, to think, to speak, to live.” An ingredient in this call to action is a goal or meaning for life. In Human, All Too Human, Nietzsche advised,"In a journey, we commonly forget its goal. Almost every vocation is chosen and entered upon as means to an end, but is continued as the ultimate end. Forgetting our purpose is the most frequent form of folly."

In one of his notebooks, published after his death, Nietzsche writes eloquently about this need for goals: “If the ‘why’ of one’s life is clear, then the ‘how’ will take care of itself.”

Saying yes to life requires us to begin understanding ourselves and our reason for living. Nietzsche stressed that we could not return to the past. “We have burned the boats; all that remains is for us to be brave and let happen what may. Let us only go forward, let us make a move!”

In fact, skepticism is the foundation of Critical Thinking and can become a valuable tool for developing this skill.As Descartes stated in the “Discourse on Method” (1637), methodical doubt is the means to reason. It was in Ancient Greece that this concept was born, underlying the study of philosophy. Even without knowing it at the time, Socrates would come to be considered the Founder of Critical Thought, as this concept was only coined as such in t<warningtag>he 20th century.</warningtag>

Focus on goals , not obstacles - Focusing on goals will help you focus on solutions and alternatives.

Train empathy - Being able to put yourself in someone else's shoes makes it easier to understand how they came to the conclusions they did. Even if you don't understand the other's point of view, try to understand why he thinks the way he does and always respect individuality.

2. To develop the ability to look at a problem through different prisms

Actively participate in debates and prepare yourself by researching and comparing arguments. Always look for (reliable) foundations that deny or corroborate your arguments. Be open to looking for information that goes against your ideas.

4. To develop open-mindedness and flexibility… By keeping an open mind, you are maintaining flexible thinking, which means that you are able to change or adapt it if better additions or suggestions arise. You can develop this by having friendly debates with people you know have a different opinion than you do. Try to be open to their arguments and points of view and not judge.Question stereotypes. Ask yourself where they come from and why you have them. Great Stereotypes are often nothing more than an exacerbated generalization, and these are blinders for our eyes.

4. To develop open-mindedness and flexibility…

Practice balanced thinking. This thought implies overcoming impulsiveness and automatic reactions, taking a few moments to reflect before taking action. Look before you leap. Practice knowing yourself and others. Learn to understand and master your emotions, observe and analyze your own behavior, find more “healthy” and appropriate ways to react. To not get carried away by emotions.

5. Impartiality

If you're stuck making a decision, don't artificially limit your options. We usually think of decisions as if they were binary. By thinking of decisions as binary – black or white – you are missing out on a range of alternatives. Put all options on the table, even those that seem absurd. Take a closer look at the various options to find the best solution.

6. To develop logical, factual and systematic analysis…

Create a series of experiments to validate whether the result is desirable. In many situations, it's best to "put your foot in the water" before fully committing. This is a validation process, where you test ideas on a small scale before committing 100% to any decision.To get some perspective, focus on the future. Take some emotional distance, imagining the potential implications and consequences the decision will have in the future, outlining all the possibilities

7. To make inferences… Try to listen to your intuition. Sometimes our mind acts in a concrete way that we cannot rationally explain. Intuition is often conceptualized as the result of unconscious processing of information, that is, as performing an internal analysis of information that we do not have processed at an unconscious level. You can listen to your intuition by paying attention to the thoughts that come to your mind and writing them down in a notebook.

7. To make inferences…

Exercising Critical Thinking is essential for anyone who wants to improve their skills. This approach allows for well-formed opinions and more assertive decision-making. By developing Critical Thinking you will be adding potential and personal value.

According to the World Economic Forum Report, Critical Thinking is the 4th most important skill by 2025.
So far, people who have critical thinking already stand out, as they make better decisions, are more eloquent in their arguments, managing to be more credible and evolve as people and professionals.
