Architect 

We don't need to hustle for the opportunities & tools we possess. We need to pick up the tools & talent from outside the game. Ex- Billion Dollar Unicorns still need professional consultants along the way to aid them in their work & employee relations.

Bridger

Effective leaders help others to understand the necessity of change & to accept a common vision of desired outcome.

It is when you co-establish an untapped market, for targeting the multi-level growth.Ex- Google creating its own smartphones to let it leverage its maximum software rights.

Catalyst
