When we want to achieve changes in our life, the first thing that comes to mind is that we have to change our habits and be more “productive”.
However, despite the fact that we know the habits that would favor us, we have no reasons that support the fact of wanting to form good habits.
And this, although it may seem irrelevant, can play a fundamental role in our motivation, because we will have a why behind what we do.
Therefore, in this article, I will give you 3 possible answers to this question.

We often say that routines are not for us because we "get bored doing the same thing every day."
What we do not take into account is that this phrase forgets something fundamental: routines are not an end in themselves, but a means to an end, which will be different for each of us and will depend on our objectives.
Once this is understood, it is easier to say that the objectives are not achieved without a support system behind.
And precisely in this case, this system is comprised of habits, which provide us with the necessary structure to get where we want.

Although we relate habits to the feeling of boredom, if we observe the fundamental bases of habits, we will be able to realize that they are one of the best expressions of mental toughness, commitment and perseverance; qualities that any of us would like to have.
And if we relate it to what we talked about in the previous point: that habits are a means to an end, we could conclude that not only they serve us to achieve tangible things (our objectives), but also intangibles, such as growth in mentality.

It is not only the fact that our habits are a means to achieve tangible and intangible, but also that they are companions on our way;
That environment, that landscape represented by habits, becomes our faithful guide and companion, whom we will thank once we achieve what led us to go to them.
And if we see that landscape as the one we see traveling on a highway, we will know that it brings us closer to where we want to go.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
