These days every website requires an email address for creating an account. Most of the time we never use that account a second time. But those websites that we created our account on keep sending us spam.
So, go to your inbox and check the accounts you have created over the years. Delete the ones you no longer use.

Only keep the newsletters that you regularly read and unsubscribe the rest. You can unsubscribe them by scrolling to the end of the email and clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’.
