There are many factors for a good night sleep. Some are easy to control, but some are hard.
Here are some tips to get a good night sleep from my own experience.
This is not about drinking a glass of water before go to bed. But, stay hydrated throughout the day.
It's proven when your body is warmed up you can get a good sleep. One counter-intuitive way to do this is getting a cold shower before bed(of course if you do not have fever
It's also proven when the environment is colder than the body temperature you can get a better sleep. Turn the A/C on or simply open your window, if you do not have bugs or thieves in your neighborhood.
We know that it is hard to get a good sleep under the stress. Meditation is a good way to keep the stress away.
If you can, get a fitness tracker or simply use a smartphone app to measure the quality of your sleep. So you can make sure to improve.
