Resilience is key in responding thoughtfully to unexpected changes. Having the ability to bounce back and adapt is essential in navigating the uncertainties of life and work. As Zeno, a Greek Philosopher, once said: "If you lay violent hands on me, you'll have my body, but my mind will remain with Stiplo." Stiplo being his teacher. That's why establishing rituals to renew and replenish ourselves in various resilience zones is so important. Creating daily practices such as exercise, meditation, and taking breaks helps us recharge and build resilience in different aspects of our lives. So, try meditating for 5 minutes when you feel the most stressed during your day. It will help!
