Positive Feedback Loops

Most of our plans of getting some discipline in our morning routine get hit by the truck of distraction and interruption. The mistake we make is that we plan something which is already set up for failure, leading to discouragement. If this happens constantly, it results in negative feedback loops that β€˜deactivate’ our motivation.

The solution is to change the design of the plan to incorporate positive feedback loops.
