When you're feeling overwhelmed take baby steps. It can be easy as making your bed in the morning or drinking a glass of water before you start your day.
Take it slow and easy, don't stress yourself too much when you are already stressed.
Sometimes we feel too much overwhelmed that we can't seem to clear our head no matter what.
In those cases, dedicate a small portion of you day to simply tune out: go outside, listen to music, do nothing.
Let your mind wander when it needs it and just relax.
The reset routine is just dedicating a day to get in your life or routine back on track. Give yourself a couple of hours solely towards fixing things (cleaning up the desk, tidying up the room).
Complete all those little tasks in order to start the next week with a good head start
It's also important to introduce something new every once in a while to get you out of your comfort zone.
Sometimes doing always the same things can make you feel unmotivated and uninspired.
Find your personal way to wind down at the end of the day. It can be drinking tea, watching a tv series, reading etc.
Do something that lets you relax, both mentally and physically. 💛✨
