If you look at people like James Bond, Bruce Wayne or Ryan Reynolds they're all confident introverts. They all have this dark confidence and mysterious Charisma that's so attractive so if you're an introvert let me tell you right now you can use it to your advantage. 
Dark confidence is like a shadow that follows you, unyielding and magnetic. It’s the kind of confidence that doesn’t need to shout; it simply is. Picture a moonlit room, where silence speaks volumes and every step echoes purpose. That’s the essence of dark confidence.

📌 The Dark Confidence Aesthetic.

Change your mindset on what an introvert is. Most people think that introverts are just shy people but it simply means that you recharge your energy being alone & that you're comfortable being alone
Confidence isn't I know they'll like me it's I'm okay if they don't.
<ul>
<li>You got to have that self-belief and purpose where you don't have to say a lot in social interactions but you like your actions speak for themselves.</li>
<li>You ask more questions you listen more and you just naturally radiate that inner confidence.</li>
</ul>

🧠 Change your Mindset

Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence."

You probably think about a lot of things for what you want whether that be to Ace an exam or getting a strong aesthetic body or building a personal brand online.
That kind of self-awareness and intelligence is just super super attractive.
So if you're an introvert you absolutely should be confident in yourself and once you change your mindset you'll just become much more powerful.

🪞 If you're an introvert you're probably introspective

Being social is a skill that you can learn as an introvert so the main thing you want to do is learn how to network with people and provide value in Social Circles. And there are three really easy and effective ways you can do:

<li>Compliment people without any hidden ask.</li>
<li>Become a good listener.</li>
<li>Guard your attention.</li>
</ul>

👥🎮 Learn Social Games

When you like someone's stuff maybe it's a book they wrote or maybe it's a YouTube video they posted tell them immediately and don't ask for anything.
Or if you're if you're in class and you really like your friend's outfit for the day say to them.
If you do this over time of course has to be genuine and real you'll have a huge social network without even trying.

🧞‍♂️ Compliment people without any hidden ask

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

People like to talk about themselves and they like to be heard so when it comes to social interactions you want to be the type of person who asks more question and who listen to get in that other person's spirit.
For example when I want to date with the girl I'm probably speaking 20 to 30% of the time I'm more laidback chill and I let her invest more.
Get to build a deeper connection with that person where you can understand their struggles you can understand their goals and aspirations.

👂🏻Become a good listener

<ul>
<li>You want to be a good listener but it doesn't mean that you should just listen to everyone want.</li>
<li>So if you're in an interaction and you don't see it going anywhere you feel like it's a waste of your time, be willing to walk away.</li>
<li>Be a little bit more nonchalant and relaxed.</li>
<li>You don't have to please everyone but at the very least be real be authentic because that's what makes you look more mysterious and it's very attractive.</li>
</ul>

🔺Guard your attention 🔺

You're never as good as everyone tells you when you win, and you're never as bad as they say when you lose.

A couple of things you can do here are:
<ul>
<li>to be chill and non-reactive,</li>
<li>speaking clearly and a little bit slower,</li>
<li>stand up straight,</li>
<li>start walking with relaxed shoulder,</li>
<li>walk like you're a man with a mission , & more</li>
</ul>
If you follow these body language tips, you'll radiate that inner dark confidence.

👨‍🔧 Fix your body language

You've got to take the initiative and play your game. In a decisive set, confidence is the difference.

In a skill, you don't want to fake confidence, it has to be real and the way you get real confidence is through competence.
It's through the ability to say, you know what I have an undeniable proof that I am who I say I am, it is through having that abundance in your life whether that be having a body you're proud of, getting amazing grades in school or just smashing your personal goals.

🥋 Build abundance and mastery

By far the easiest way to do this is by mastering one area of your life.
So for example if you have an exam coming up and you study smart and Ace your exam you build confidence in academics you build confidence in school and naturally when you build confidence in one area of your life.

⚓ Build momentum

Don't be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Unfold your own myth.

Small win will ripple your confidence in every single area of your life:

<li>It comes from putting in the effort and work every single day because ladies and gentlemen effort compounds</li>
<li>It comes from committing to going to the gym three times a week consistently, it comes from committing to maintain your Deepstash streak, every single day and through your everyday habits that is where you can build abundance.</li>

Just Radiate That Inner Confidence!

Become an adept observer of body language. Noticing subtle physical changes can offer insights into a person's thoughts or emotions.

Observation is Key:

Understand a person's normal behavior before interpreting deviations as meaningful. A baseline allows you to notice when behavior changes, possibly indicating shifts in feelings or attitudes.

Establish a baseline :

Always consider the context when interpreting body language. Like crossed arms might suggest defensiveness in one situation or simply that the person is cold in another.some examples of positive body language:<ul><li>Posture: Be relaxed but don't slouch. Stand up tall to convey confidence.</li><li>Eye contact: Maintain eye contact for a few seconds at a time.</li><li>Gestures: Use simple hand gestures. Avoid touching your face.</li><li>Facial expressions: Smile and use positive facial expressions.</li></ul>

Context Matters

Look for clusters of body language signals. A single gesture might not mean much, but a series of signals can provide a clearer indication of a person's state of mind. For example; while you asking serious question to a person, “telltale cluster” of nonverbal signals associated with lying are: hand touching, face touching, crossing arms, and leaning away.

Clusters of Gestures

Pay attention when someone’s words do not match their body language. This incongruence can be a telltale sign of what they might truly be thinking or feeling. For example, someone might tell you they are happy while frowning and staring at the ground. So when someone says one thing, but their body language suggests something else.

Inappropriateness between Words and Body Language

The face can be revealing. While some people can control their facial expressions to a degree, microexpressions often slip through, revealing genuine emotions.<ul><li>Happiness: Raised cheeks, raised lip corners, "crow's feet" wrinkles around the eyes, tightened muscles around the eyes</li><li>Sadness: Raised inner corners of the eyes, loose eyelids, lip corners pulled down</li><li>Surprise: Dilated pupils, open mouth, lifted eyelids and eyebrows</li></ul>

Facial Expressions

Eye behavior can provide clues to a person's thought processes or feelings. For instance, lack of eye contact can imply discomfort or dishonesty, whereas direct eye contact tends to signify confidence and honesty.

Eye Movements

A person's stance and the way they position themselves in a space can indicate their attitude and level of engagement. Leaning towards someone often shows interest, whereas leaning back could imply disinterest or a desire for space.

Posture and Positioning

People have an innate sense of personal space and territory, and how they react to the encroachment of their space can provide insights into their comfort levels and feelings towards the other person.An example is students as they sit in class. Some students like to spread their backpack and books out in a way to let other students know that they do not want others to sit next to them. These students seem to value having a lot of space to themselves.

Territoriality and Personal Space

When people are in rapport, they tend to mirror each other’s movements and postures. Observing such synchrony can indicate a good connection and agreement.Here are some examples of synchrony:<ul><li>In-phase: Behaving in the same way as the other person, such as crossing the same leg as a friend when sitting down</li><li>Anti-phase: Taking turns, such as in conversation</li></ul>Here are some examples of mirroring:<ul><li>Matching your speed to someone else's</li><li>Crossing the same leg as a friend when sitting down</li><li>Finishing each other's statements</li><li>Agreeing on decisions</li></ul>

Synchrony and Mirroring

How to Read a Person Like a Book

People tend to underestimate their own ability to lie (Elaad, 2003).There are several reasons why people think they are worse liars than they actually are. First, they tend to overestimate the extent to which their own thoughts, emotions, and other mental states are transparent to others (e.g., illusion of transparency, Gilovich, Savitsky, & Medvec, 1998). In other words, people mistakenly believe that their lies shine through. Second, self-perceptions are typically characterised by positive illusions (Taylor & Brown, 1988),

Good Liars

and people typically think of themselves as being more moral than most others (Kaplar & Gordon, 2004).Admitting to being a good liar does not match with this positive self-image. Third, although people tell more white lies than serious lies, they remember their serious lies better than their white lies (Elaad, 2003).

Finally, perhaps people remember better those times when their lies failed than when they lied successfully, particularly if these failed lies resulted in negative consequences.By forgetting the times they lied successfully, they may underestimate how often their lies succeed.People tend to overestimate their own ability to detect lies (Elaad, 2003) and more lies remain unnoticed than they generally think.

There are many reasons why lies remain undetected, and they can be clustered into three main categories (Vrij, 2007): poor motivation; difficulties associated with lie detection; and common errors made by lie detectors.

It is time we spend doing things with others, rather than just being with them.
It's shared time, and may include having a lot of fun, but it may also mean we are avoiding really being with the other and meeting them fully.

Activity

Games are complex patterns of interactions where there is a hidden agenda and it can leave both parties with negative emotions.
Ultimately, games can be seen as a failed effort to connect with another person on a deeper level. With the nature of games being unclear and manipulative, it is important to be aware of these tendencies in relationships.

Psychological Games

This is an authentic encounter with another, a moment of shared openness, trust and honesty. Intimacy means emotionally intimate, not necessarily sexually intimate.It also doesn’t necessarily mean nice and peaceful.An intimate encounter may be an angry argument, but conducted from a place of respect and openness to one’s own feelings and those of the other(s). We are allowing the other person to impact us and change us.

Have you ever noticed how we use words like "close" and "above" to describe our relationships with others? Even though we know they don't refer to actual physical space, we use these spatial and architectural metaphors to explain our social worlds.<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">We say we have an "inner circle" of friends</li><li class="ql-align-justify">We feel "left out" from the circles of others</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Colleagues with "higher" status seem "above" us</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Society itself is described as having a "structure", like a skyscraper.</li></ul>
