Studies suggest that spending at least 120 minutes-and ideally between 200 and 300 minutes-weekly in nature provides the greatest benefit. A lot of surveys showed that crossed hands make us feel more anxious. It’s a natural reflex when we feel in a danger and we want to save the most vulnerable place on our body

1. Body Language

If you try to be confident maybe negative self-talk doesn’t help. Believe me, you’re as good as everyone else and negative thinking doesn’t make sense and doesn’t help.

2. Negative Self-talk

For me the most important thing was to realize that I’m as good as everybody else and I manage to do things I always thought it’s impossible.

The last thing that helped me is to don’t think about I don’t believe me. I just told myself to believe and try it.

“Before you diagnose yourself with depression and low self-esteem, please make sure you are not surrounded by idiots.”

Skills like humor, storytelling, and deep conversations deepen connections and make interactions more enjoyable. They require practice but are essential for mastering communication.

The Little Prince joins the ranks of A Little Princess, The Secret Garden & Peter Pan as a genuine children's classic of the twentieth century. Antoine De Saint-Exupery was born in 1900 in Lyon. In 1921, he began his training as a pilot By 1926, he had became one of the pioneers of international postal flight. In 1945 he embarked on a record-breaking attempt to fly from Paris to Saigon. Nineteen hours into the flight, his plane crashed in the Sahara desert. He survived the crash but spent three days battling dehydration, limited food and hallucinations. On the fourth day, the was rescued. In part, this experience was the inspiration for 'The Little Prince'. He continued to fly until World War II, during which he took self-imposed exile. On 31 July 1944, he disappeared over the Mediterranean while flying a reconnaissance mission.
