Überlege, wie ein Vorhaben aussehen müsste, damit es Spaß macht, und gestalte deine Projekte dementsprechend.Nummer 3:Senke das Risiko. Ein Scheitern ist nur dann Scheitern, wenn man es als Scheitern sieht-und nicht jedes Problem muss bierernst angegangen werden. Was wäre mit mehr Ernsthaftigkeit?

Gehe deine Arbeit spielerisch an

Macht klingt abschreckend, aber das muss sie nicht sein. Wenn wir Macht als zweite Energiequelle bezeichnen, ist damit nicht gemeint, dass wir Macht über andere ausüben. Es heißt vielmehr, dass wir das Gefühl haben, die eigene Arbeit, das eigene Leben und die eigene Zukunft selbst gestalten zu können.Es gibt 3 Möglichkeiten, wie du dein Gefühl der Macht stärken kannst. Den Anfang macht das Selbstvertrauen. Selbstvertrauen lässt es sich in Wirklichkeit ohne Weiteres formen.Dann arbeite an deinen Fähigkeiten.Zu guter Letzt überlege, welche Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten du hast.

Macht

Mit Prokrastination gehen wir meist falsch um. Allzu oft kümmern wir uns nur um die Symptome und nicht um die zugrunde liegenden Ursachen. Das erste emotionale Hindernis ist recht einfach zu überwinden: Unsicherheit. Die Lösung? Mach dir klar, was du eigentlich tust. Dazu gehört, dass du " Warum"? fragst und anhand der Antwort dein "Wie" ermittelst.Als Nächstes fragst du" Was"?. Dazu nutzt du eine alternative Methode der Zielsetzung. Du brauchst NICE- Ziele ( near-term kurzfristig, input-based Input-orientiert, controllable kontrollierbar und energising energiespendend) dann fragst du WANN.

Klarheit schaffen

Der zweite Grund für emotionale Blockade ist Angst.Die Lösung lautet nicht die Angst zu beseitigen, sondern vielmehr den Mut finden, uns dieser Angst zu stellen.3 Schritte nötig, um den Mut zu finden:<ol><li class="ql-align-justify">Schritt: </li></ol>Erste liegt darin, dass du deine Angst richtig durchschaust.Woher fürchte ich mich? Woher kommt diese Angst?2. Schritt:Um deine Angst zu reduzieren, frage dich: Wird das in 10 Minuten /10 Wochen/ 10 Jahren noch wichtig sein?3.Schritt:Überwinde deine Angst..Unsere Spezies neigt dazu, sich selbst viel kritischer zu betrachten als andere..

Mut finden

Der dritte Grund für emotionale Blockade ist besonders weit verbreitet: Trägheit. Wenn man nichts tut, ist es besonders leicht weiterhin nichts zu tun.Und wenn man arbeitet, ist es viel leichter weiterzuarbeiten.<ol><li class="ql-align-justify">Überlege in deinem Leben wo es Hürden gibt.</li></ol>Was hindert dich dran etwas in Angriff zu nehmen?2.Das beste Mittel gegen das Nichtstun besteht schlicht und einfach darin, dass du etwas tust. Mache den nächsten Schritt deutlich.3.Der letzte Schritt ist der angenehmste: Schaffe Systeme, die dir langfristig helfen. Und vor allem solltest du gnädig mit dir sein und auch kleine Triumphe feiern.

Die wichtigste Ursache für Burnout ist nicht Erschöpfung, sondern Niedergeschlagenheit.Wenn du dafür sorgst, dass du dich besser fühlst, wirst du nicht nur mehr schaffen, sondern auch länger durchhalten.Die erste Art von Burnout entsteht durch Überanstrengung. How to Use the Eisenhower Matrix

For tasks that are both critical and urgent, like caring for a sick relative, resolving a major customer issue, or fixing a crucial website bug, prioritize them above all else. Clear the deck and tackle these tasks immediately, putting other tasks on hold to focus on these top-priority items.

Quadrant One: Urgent and Important

Quadrant Two is where the truly important stuff of our lives tends to gather. Despite their significance, these tasks often get pushed aside because they don’t scream for immediate attention. They’re the backbone activities like long-term planning, regular maintenance, exercise, quality time with family, meditation, and getting enough sleep. While they might not flash urgent, neglecting them can lead to a pile-up of emergencies.

Quadrant Two: Important, But Not Urgent

It's a tough pill to swallow, but truth be told, a lot of what feels urgent in our day-to-day isn't really that important. Take tasks like keeping an eye on social media comments, attending routine business meetings, or setting up a Zoom call – sure, they need to get done, but do they need your direct attention? Not really. These tasks fall squarely into Quadrant Three, where the mantra is clear: delegate. Whether it's finding a tech solution, using automation tools, or handing the reins over to someone else, your goal is to minimize the time you spend on these.

Quadrant Three: Urgent, But Not Important

Even the solutions or helpers you’ve set up for Quadrant Three tasks aren’t meant for these. Sure, some of these activities might be fun, like binge-watching TV or endlessly scrolling through social media, but they don’t push you any closer to your goals. They're distractions that can easily eat up precious time. While it’s natural for these kinds of tasks to creep into our lives, the goal is to cut them down as much as possible. Try to keep these to a minimum and focus on activities that truly contribute to your objectives and well-being.

Quadrant Four: Not Urgent, and Not Important

The Eisenhower Method is especially useful if you find yourself dealing with excessive amounts of work.
