There’s no “right” management style, as each employee and company is going to have an individual perspective.</p><p>But there are some universally “wrong” ways to manage. Avoid them by following&nbsp;these 10 “golden” rules of effective management:</p><h2><strong>1.&nbsp;Be consistent. </strong></h2><p>This is the first rule because it applies to most of the others. Before your management approach can be effective, it must be consistent.
